PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records, from the Labour Court, Tirunelveli, relating to his Award passed by it in C.P.No.24 of 2011, dated 24.06.2016 and the impugned order passed by the first respondent Labour Court in E.P.No.15 of 2016 in C.P.No.24 of 2011 dated 24.06.2016, quash the same and to grant such further or other orders.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The second respondent was employed as Office Assistant in the State Transport Corporation, Nagercoil. He was removed from service. The second respondent herein raised industrial disputes in I.D.No.119 of 2002, on the file of the Labour Court, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The Labour Court, Tirunelveli, by order dated 22.02.2011, allowed the said I.D. Partly. The second respondent is ordered to be reinstated into service with back wages. The petitioners/Corporation questioned the said Labour Court award, the Writ Petition was however dismissed. The award of the Labour Court was confirmed. Thereafter, the second respondent herein filed C.P.No.24 of 2011. The said C.P. was allowed. Questioning the same, the Writ Petition has been filed.
3.When the challenge to the award passed in the I.D. failed questioning the consequential order will not arise. There is no merit in this Writ Petition.
4.The Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(RTI) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Tirunelveli.
