O R D E R

The petitioner with a grievance that one Natarajan and others/the respondents 3 to 6 are preventing her from putting up a construction in her property, has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and has moved this application, seeking police protection.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of this petitioner, dated 13.06.2025 was already enquired and a criminal case in Crime No.81 of 2025 was registered as against the said Natarajan and others, for the offence under Section 126(2), 296-B, 351(2) of BNS, on 13.06.2025.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a case has been registered on 13.06.2025, the accused persons have once again interfered and prevented this petitioner from putting up a construction in her own property. Therefore, according to the learned counsel, there is a cause of action for registering another case as against 2/5

the private respondents.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.It appears that the respondent police has already taken action on the complaint of the petitioner by registering a case in Crime No.81 of 2025, dated 13.06.2025. The petitioner claims that even after registration of the case, the accused persons are giving trouble to the petitioner. In the event, if the accused, namely Natarajan and others in Crime No.81 of 2025 are causing disturbance to the petitioner, fresh criminal case can be registered by the respondent police as there is a cause of action as against those persons, who are taking law into their hands without any authority.

6.With such direction to the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
