(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu viz., P.Deepak and alleging his illegal detention at the hands of the third respondent, came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, who on instructions would submit that the detenu has involved in two cases viz., Crime No.687 of 2019 for the commission of offence under NDPS Act and Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

H.C.P.(MD) No.778 of 2019 No.395 of 2019 for the commission of offence under Sections 420 and 379 I.P.C. on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Hyderabad, Telangana State and pursuant to the order of remand passed by the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate he was lodged at Cherlapalli Central Prison, Hyderabad, Telangana State. 3.In view of the subsequent developments, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, is always at liberty to workout her remedies in accordance with law before the competent forums.
