ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider his request, dated 8.12.2016 calling for supplementary claim for duty drawback.

2.Mr.R.Nandakumar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.After making such claim only on 08.12.2016, the Petitioner has rushed to this Court and filed the present Writ Petition on 13.12.2016, without even waiting for a reasonable time for the respondent to act on the Petitioner's request. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if their application is not disposed of within a reasonable time. No costs.
