ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner life and limb and for enjoy his property in Thirumangalakottai Melaiyur SF No.116/8 measuring 0.40 cents of land with house in Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.543 of 2023 is registered on 01.07.2023 against four persons. Rrecommendation is also made to the competent authority to initiate proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the said development, let them appear before the competent authority after getting notice and work out remedy there itself. There is no question of granting police protection to either of the parties. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
