2. In view of the above compliance of the condition, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal appeal.
3. The petitioner shall not levae the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu without getting Leave of this Court during the pendency of this appeal.
