O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take action on the basis of the representation dated 10.05.2019.
2. In the said representation, the petitioner herein has alleged that three persons namely Syed Maideen, Sabir Ali and Simon have cheated him receiving more than Rs.25,00,000/- for getting job in abroad.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that after forwarding the representation, the petitioner has not come forward to co-operate with the enquiry, though, he was advised to appear before the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar and two complaints are pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.Nos.21 and 30 of 2019 at Ammampatti Police Station.
4. The petitioner's representation has been forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar and thereafter he is absconding https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P. (MD). No. 17985 of 2019 and not co-operated with the enquiry. Therefore, the police is unable to proceed the representation further.
5. Based on the submission made, the petitioner is directed to appear before the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar on 07.02.2022 and on his appearance, the police may proceed with the complaint and take appropriate action.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
