ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the 1/4

condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No. 4673 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition from 06.05.2026, the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
