ORDER

Wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti.

2.Despite service, the husband is not appearing either in person or through Counsel duly instructed.

3.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Kovilpatti.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the convenience of the wife, H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti.

The transfer will also minimise the inconvenience that would be caused to the husband, since he need not personally appear for every hearing before the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD)No.311 of 2020 accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
