Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to implement the order of the second respondent in his proceeding made in No.P2/4277/12 dated 16.11.2012 for altering and entering the petitioner's name in all revenue records (Kannangottai Village, Devakottai Taluk and Devakottai Town) in respect of the property in T.S.No.4/2, Block No.15, Town Survey ward A, Kannankottai Group, Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District to the extent of 6.52 3/4 acres and intimate the same to the petitioner.
