When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent has been amicably settled in A.S.No.1402 of 2018 before the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli. The relevant material was also placed before this Court.
