ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Nos.1 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 427 of I.P.C., in Crime No.414 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that regarding partition of the ancestral properties, civil suit is pending between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant. On 14.06.2023, the petitioners came to the house of the defacto complainant and damaged the locked house with iron rod. At that time, the son of the defacto complainant tried to protect them, the petitioners assaulted him and he got injured. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the offences committed by the petitioners are bailable in nature.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and considering that the offences, which are committed by the petitioners are bailable in nature. The petitioners have to move the bail application.
