This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue the tender application to the petitioner in respect of 2nd Item mentioned in the Schedules of tender notification dated 29.11.2016 issued by the 1st respondent for handling the essential commodities of Tamilnadu Civil Supplies Corporation to the 2nd Respondent Society pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2016 and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the Tender process of the 2nd item mentioned in the Tender Schedule dated 29.11.2016 issued by the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing this writ petition, the respondents have furnished the tender form and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
