Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JANARTH KUMAR.B, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 4585 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 19331 of 2023, dated 24.04.2024.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
