ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2018, for appointment in the vacant post of Non-Medical Demonstrator in Madurai Medical College.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, pending this Writ Petition, the Government has taken a policy decision to amend the service rules and resolved that, after such amendment, the post would be filled in accordance with the amended rules.
