Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Ku.Na.Ku.Ka.No.22/2019-20, dated 28.05.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct him to treat the petitioner's children as Juveniles who are need of care and protection as embodied in Section 14(iii)(a) of the Juvenile Justice (care and protection of Children) Act, 2015 and thereby ensure that they are admitted in a school which has the curriculum of CBSE for their well being education.
