ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] When the petitioner's son was taken by the third respondent Police on 05.07.2023 and did not return home for considerable time, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed on the same day.
2. The Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reported that on the same date, i.e., on 05.07.2023, the petitioner's son has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with a case in Crime No.199/2023 for offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
