ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is interfering in the civil dispute between him and the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that on the complaint of the 3rd respondent, the respondent Police has conducted petition enquiry in C.No.38/PG/AC/TTL/MC/24 and after the enquiry, the respondent Police has registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.394 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

3. Since the FIR has been registered as against the petitioner, he shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4
