This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 3170 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in CRP SR(MD) No.13196 of 2009.

2.Today(29.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, CRP(MD) SR No.13196 of 2009 is rejected, at the S.R stage itself. No costs.
