PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned orders in Na.Ka.No.COLRD/3224/2022-A6 dated 18.11.2024 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to enquire the complaints as against the fifth respondent under section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 18.11.2024 passed by the first respondent and consequently direct the first respondent to enquire the complaints as against the fifth respondent under section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings in the affidavit are inconsistent with the documents filed, due to an oversight, and the writ petition came to be numbered accordingly. He further submits that the petitioner actually intends to challenge the order passed under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994. Page No. 2 of 4

3. Recording the above request, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
