ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in S.C.No. 254 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Nagercoil and dispose of the same.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Nagercoil to dispose the case pending in S.C.No.254 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
