[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce her daughter namely, Kanimozhi, aged about 24 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.It is the case of the Petitioner that she married Nagarajan in the year 1998 and they are blessed with two daughters. Her husband is working in a foreign country and the entire family has been taken care of by the Petitioner. She would further state that her daughter Kanimozhi is working as Assistant Clerk at Uranganpatty Panchayat Union Office and she has not returned home from 27.11.2020.Hence she lodged a complaint on 28.11.2020 to the second respondent Police. She also sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 2.12.2020. But no action was taken by the official respondents. Hence this Habeas Corpus petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would state that the detenue married the fourth respondent on 26.11.2020. During enquiry, the detenue appeared before the third respondent Police and stated that she was not willing to go with the Petitioner.
4.In the light of the above statement made by the detenue, this Court is of the opinion that no further consideration is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
