The Civil Revision Petition is filed with an innocuous relief of speedy disposal and since the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the period gets over by 30.10.2024, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the respondents on the following terms:- The learned Additional District Munsif, Thoothukudi, is requested to take up the I.A.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.56 of 2023 for expeditious disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, on or before 15.09.2024. No costs.
