Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent i.e. the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 22.08.2016 against the unjust orders passed by the District Collector, Karur in his proceedings No.A2/16900/12, dated 27.07.2016 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honble High Court. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Visvalingam For Respondents : Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian Special Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 22.08.2016 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings No.A2/16900/12, dated 27.07.2016 within a time frame.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
