ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of her representation, dated 30.07.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation, dated 30.07.2022 before the respondent police to provide police protection to him from the respondents 4 to 7. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, he filed this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint, dated 27.07.2022 given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.525 of 2022 was given and enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed. Now, he gave another representation to the third respondent police on 30.07.2022 for seeking police protection.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 30.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
