ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.469 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the III Sub Court, Madurai to be tried along with HMOP.No.244 of 2022 on the file of the III Sub Court, Madurai.

2. Though the notice served on the respondent and he has also entered through counsel, today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.469 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the III Sub Court, Madurai to be tried along with HMOP.No.244 of 2022 pending on

the file of the III Sub Court, Madurai. . The the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
