O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.149 of 2011 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the fourth defendant in O.S.No.149 of 2011. The said suit was filed by the first to fourth respondents herein for declaration and permanent injunction.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit is of the year 2011, the trial has commenced in the year 2019 and the respondents are dragging on the proceedings by filing several I.As. without any reasons. It is submitted that taking advantage of the same, the first to fourth respondents/plaintiffs is chronically troubling the petitioner's peaceful possession. It is submitted that since the trial is dragging for many years, the petitioner would be put great hardship and the rights of the petitioner would be curtailed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the suit is pending from 2011, learned Principal District Munsif, Thirumangalam, Madurai District is directed to dispose of O.S.No.149 of 2011, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, by affording sufficient opportunity to the parties to put forth their contentions, expeditiously, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
