Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 8.2.2016 which was submitted through on-line, even prior to the commencement of the Petitioner's daughter's marriage, dated 12.2.2016 to the third respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to provide the marriage assistance to the Petitioner.

ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for disposal of representation, dated 8.2.2016 sent through on line seeking for financial assistance for the marriage of his daughter by name Karpagaselvi under Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.The grievance of the Petitioner is that the respondents have not considered the request of the Petitioner so far. Therefore this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 8.2.2016 and to pass orders on the same, without any further delay, however, not later than 15.1.2017.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
