Spl. Govt. Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned orders rejecting the Petitioners' request to retain them under the Contributory Pension Scheme in accordance with Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.625, Revenue Department, dated 06.07.1995.

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that through communication, dated 29.12.2021 received from the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, the Petitioners have now been retained under the Contributory Pension Scheme. Therefore, he would submit that the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions having been achieved, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Petitions.

3.The learned counsel for the respective Petitioners also submit that after recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents as well as recording the communication, dated 29.12.2021 received 6/10

from the Commissioner of Revenue Administration, by which, the Petitioners have been retained under the Contributory Pension Scheme, this Court may dispose of these Writ Petitions in terms of the said communication.

4.Accordingly, this Court after recording the fact that the communication received from the Commissioner of Revenue Administration confirm that the Petitioners have been retained under the Contributory Pension Scheme, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
