Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in her name in respect of the properties bearing Survey No.21/14A, to an extent of 0.07.5 hectare, cents, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.62/4B, to an extent of 0.01.0 hectare, 25 cents, land bearing Survey No.12/9C, to an extent of 0.15.0 hectare, 37 cents and Survey No.99/7 to an extent of 0.06.5 hectare, 16 Cents, situated in Panithivayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the light of the memo issued by the 2nd Respondent in O.mu.(B3)/8343/2016, dated 23.09.2016, by considering the applications, dated 19.09.2016 and 31.10.2016.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the third respondent through her representation/application, dated 31.10.2016. Therefore, it is for the third respondent to consider the same and pass orders after hearing the rival claimants if any.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.10.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
