This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry in connection with a civil dispute. 2.The petitioner is arrayed as an accused No.3 in crime No.4 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 406 and 420 r/w Section 34 IPC on the file of the fourth respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that initially the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11519 of 2019 custody subsequently, he was released on bail. Thereafter, the petitioner was called by the fourth respondent for interrogation and issued summons. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that to complete the investigation, the physical presence of the petitioner is not required in crime No.4 of 2019. 4.Recording the above said submission, the fourth respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner in connection with the Crime No.4 of 2019.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of .
