JEBASTIN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1727 of 2023 on 14.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and investigation has been completed.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1727 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
