The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police has not acted upon the complaints of this petitioner, dated 17.06.2023 1/4
and 19.06.2025, has filed this writ petition. 2.Today (27.06.2025), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the respondent police has conducted an enquiry on the complaints of this petitioner and it was closed on 26.06.2025 as the dispute is civil in nature.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
