2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his appeal against the order of the Tahsildar in a patta proceedings.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner and on the merits of the matter, I only direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, after hearing the second respondent as well and pass an order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
