application preferred by the Petitioner, dated 9.12.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries in respect of the Petitioner's land situate at SR.No.232/16B in Nandankottai, Chinthalavadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District by considering her application, dated 9.12.2024 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 . By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her from one Jayaprakash under registered sale dated, dated 23.2.2023. Subsequently, separate patta was issued in favour of Petitioner in Patta No.6381. Now the Petitioner submitted an online application on 9.12.2024 in Application No. 2/5

2024/0123/14/002935.The said application has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 09.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, respondents 4 and 5 and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
