PRAYER :- To issue a mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner`s representation dated 10.04.2026 and to enquire and take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 to 5 for their illegal registration of deed within stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2026 and to enquire and take appropriate action against the Respondents 3 to 5 for their illegal registration of deed within stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his representation dated 10.04.2026 is not considered, hence this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation is pending for inquiry.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking the return of dowry, jewels, and household articles given at the time of marriage. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
