This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.137 of 2019 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Thondi Police Station, Ramanathapuram Distict, to the file of the Inspector of Police, C.B.C.I.D Wing, Ramanathapuram District.

2.Heard M.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

CRL OP(MD). No.11659 of 2019 submitted that the victim viz., Udaya Boomika, who is the daughter of the petitioner herein, gave a letter to the Investigating Officer on 30.02.2019 stating that a false complaint has been given by the petitioner and even though she was married to one Thirugnanasambantham against her wishes, she is living with one Ramprasad, who is the accused in the said case and futher stated that by dissolving the earlier marriage at the village level on 21.06.2017, the said Thirugnanasambantham got married one Vinitha in the year 2008 and he is also living with the said Vinitha. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
