For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.316 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 448, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.316 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and attempted to murder her. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is having illicit relationship with petitioner's sister-in-law's husband. When, he questioned the same, the defcato complainant lodged this complaint. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases.

6.Taking into considering the fact that the petitioner is having five previous cases, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is absolutely necessary. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
