ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The Revenue Divisional Officer, Devakottai passed order dated 19.11.2020 directing transfer of patta in respect of the petition mentioned property in favour of the fourth respondent herein pursuant to the decree dated 08.03.2019 made in O.S.No.148 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai. It is admitted on either side that the said judgment and decree was confirmed in S.A.(MD)No.809 of 2022 dated 26.04.2023. The impugned order does not call for interference and the writ petition stands dismissed. 2/4

3.At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had obtained an order in her favour in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari on 28.08.2023. The outcome of this writ petition has no bearing on the said order. The fourth respondent will have to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
