ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation, dated 23.10.2016, wherein and whereby she seeks confirmation of the award of LPG Distributorship for Kaniyalampatti (Karur).

2.According to the petitioner, such Distributorship has to be confirmed in her favour.

3.Needless to say that it is for the respondents to take a decision and issue appropriate orders based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2016 on its own merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner except by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2016, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
