ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the 4th respondent/Sub Inspector of Police, Golden Rock Police Station, Trichy, is interfering in a civil dispute and harassing him, has lodged a complaint dated 21.06.2025 before the 3rd respondent, namely, the Inspector of Police, Golden Rock Police Station, Trichy. Since the said complaint has not been enquired by the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.115 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025 and the 3rd respondent is conducting the enquiry.
3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.
4. The main contention of the petitioner is that 4th respondent is interfering in a civil dispute and harassing him. In this regard, he lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent, instead of ascertaining the same, has treated the same as petition enquiry in CSR No.115 of 2025.
5. Therefore, the 2nd respondent/the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Golden Rock Range, Trichy, is directed to ascertain as to whether the 4th respondent is interfering in a civil dispute and advise the officials accordingly.
