The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent dated 13.02.2020. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri on 03.09.2024 through e-filing No.LTN 2022 000 2242.
3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
