ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.03.2024 in W.P(MD) No.7612 of 2024 by the respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the order passed by this Court dated 26.03.2024 in W.P(MD) No.7612 of 2024, the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected by its proceedings dated 26.06.2024 in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/6844/2014.

3. Giving liberty to the petitioner, to challenge the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
