Therefore, he seeks a clarification to the effect that the limitation period of 60 days should run from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. By acceding to this request, the Petitioner is permitted to challenge the order dated 01.09.2023 within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
