The writ petition was disposed of on 26.02.2026 and it is listed today at the instance of the leaned Counsel appearing for the petitioner under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the other day, there was a direction for payment of arrears of salary within a time frame. However, the same has not been incorporated in the order.

3. In view of the above submissions, the Registry is directed to incorporate a sentence in paragraph No.

9 which may be read as follows;- The respondents are directed to disburse the eligible monetary benefits to the petitioner within a period of 12(twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and issue fresh order copy.
