ORDER

The order challenged in this Writ Petition is appealable before the District Collector under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the appeal is disposed of, the order impugned in the writ petition will be kept in abeyance and will not be enforced. The right of the petitioner will abide by the outcome of the appeal. We have not gone into the merits of the matter. If the petitioner fails to file an appeal within aforementioned time limit, the benefit of this order shall stand automatically recalled. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
