ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to give police 1/3

protection to the petitioner's life and properties and also to take legal action against the hooligan of the respondents 5 to 8. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
