When the matter is taken up for hearing on 10.03.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents would submit that two suits were filed by the vendors of the petitioner and the same were not prosecuted and therefore, the issue had attained finality and after a lapse of considerable time, the petitioner herein is seeking to revive his stale claim and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, this Court did not find any representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption "for dismissal".
