ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no enquiry is also pending. However, according to the petitioner, the 1st respondent called him through phone and directed him to attend the enquiry. Since officially there is no complaint against this petitioner, calling him by the 1st respondent to attend for enquiry may not be appropriate.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands disposed of as no more direction or consideration is required. However, if any trouble arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings.
