ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants survey to be done in respect of the petition mentioned land.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that survey was already done on 31.05.2022. But the petitioner declined to sign the survey report.
4. The respondents are directed to send the survey report prepared by them by RPAD to the writ petitioner. The copy of the survey report has been handed over to the petitioner's counsel. It is for the petitioner to establish her rights in the manner known to law before the jurisdictional civil Court.
5. With this liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
